A Guide To Understanding And Normalizing Loss

Grief is one of those life experiences that happens to everyone, but few speak about it. This book will help you understand, normalize, and even surrender to grief. I take you through my year-long journey, after I lost my Mother, which I coined the “Year of Firsts.” Along with my personal story of grief and how I broke the Cycle with my transformative Spirit Circle work, there are correlated guided meditations, and journal prompts to guide you on your journey with grief.
